Howdy, my name is Dillon! Welcome to my website, Dillonish Creations!

A little bit about myself. I was born and raised in Michigan, went to Cleveland for my first year of college, then came to Colorado to finish my degree. I was originally a film major, but I didn't like the pacing of the classes and took it upon myself to learn more in my own time. Instead, I opted for a business degree in hope of owning my own studio one day.

My life long career goal is to become a movie director. I love every aspect of a movie and everything that goes into it. From the visual aspect; colors, framing, movement, lights, speed. To the sound; natural sounds, music, special sounds. Acting, editing, watching and re-watching, it is something I dream of doing with my life.

Movies, for me, were an escape from the world, but they were also more than that. They were a story. Told by a crew of people all working so hard, lead by the director to create one final product. It's something I believe in strongly, work hard towards, and would love to have that dream become a reality.

This website is intended to allow me to reach out to anyone and everyone interested in my work. Unfortunately, I have a hard time picking just one thing to do or learn. This website is no exception. I won't be stopping at photography, I've actually done some digital art for myself personally and I've been considering taking commissions.

This website will be the complete representation of everything I love to do and invest my time in. I have so many skills that I've invested time in and would love to continue to do so. Hence the name Creations! I couldn't pick one thing, so I figured I would encompass everything.

As for the Dillonish part, it actually started in the seventh grade when a friend of mine could only describe me in one word: Dillonish. He said he had not met anyone like me and doesn't think he ever will. For me, that name really stuck. None of my creations would be special without me.

Dillonish Creations was born to honor everything I love to do in the only way I can do it!

I hope you enjoyed reading a little about me and I hope this puts any concerns out of the way. I know sometimes it's concerning when hiring someone you don't know to do something that can be so important to you.
